What Is Not Covered
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

- Accidental damage caused by improper use
- Severe damage caused by impact, chemicals, or improper storage
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches or minor surface marks
- Repairs or modifications completed by unauthorized third parties
- Replacement costs for lost diamonds, gemstones, or materials
